Made-to-Order Items
All items from Mirrors Co are handmade and made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care in packaging our mirrors and coat racks. However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, we’re here to make it right.
If your mirror arrives broken or your coat rack is damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of:

The damage

The packaging

Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we’ve advised you
Replacement or Refund
In the event of damage during transit, we will:

Arrange collection of the damaged item at no cost to you, and

Offer either:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund, depending on your preference

All collection and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
